Cancellation & Refund Policy:
30 days before the commencement of the vacation : 10% of the total cost will be levied.
15 days before the commencement of the vacation: 25% of the total cost will be levied.
Less than 15 days before the commencement of the vacation: 50% of the total cost will be levied. (There will not be any refund of the 50% deposit the guest has already paid)
Less than 07 days before the commencement of the vacation: 100% of the cost will be levied.
No refund and cancellation/ postpone/prepone of dates for the bookings will be entertained under any circumstances.
No show, early departure, late arrival or unused portions of accommodation, meals, activities or services are non-refundable. No refund will be given due to the delay in transport or acts of God, including weather related problems. Please note that there is no last minute cancellation or drop outs.
All disputes subject to Mangalore Jurisdiction.
OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Our Standard Check-in is 12 PM IST and Check-out is 11AM IST. Early check-in and late check out are allowed subject to availability and are chargeable as extra.
All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a passport with a valid VISA obtained from an Indian Mission abroad. All passports must have a validity of at least six months from your scheduled return date.
The resort and its management will not be responsible to pay the guest compensation for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost or other claim of any description if it results from:
the act(s) and/or omission(s) of the person(s) affected;
the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party unconnected with the provision of the accommodation contracted for and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable;
unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised; or
An event which we could not, even with all due care, have foreseen or forestalled.
We will not accept responsibility for services or facilities which do not form part of your booking with us. Excursions or other tours that you may choose to book or pay for while you are at the resort are not part of your booking with us and you are solely responsible for all kinds of risks covered in such participations.
We have no responsibilities towards any injury, damage or loss of property or person as a result of any services provided by our resort or its employees.
As a guest you are responsible to compensate the damage caused wilfully or by accident by you, your guests or your pets in the resort or in resort premises. This applies also to the resort furniture and other equipment, other guests in the resort or their property.
If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or another third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party, and the Resort has no liability for any acts or omissions of such party, including their observance of your data protection rights.
